Tami Cabana is Director of the Monroe Kid’s Country. She has 16 years of experience working with young children and an ATA degree in Early Childhood. She is a mother of three grown children and a new grandma of a precious little boy. She also believes each child deserves to feel respected, noticed, and loved while promoting a positive learning skills.
Margarita Ferrell is the Program Supervisor at the Monroe Kid’s Country. She is married and has three children. She has been in the Early Childhood Education field for ten years. Over the years she has taken many hours of professional development classes in order to be prepared to meet each child’s needs. In 2012 she earned her AA in ECE from Everett Community College. She loves working with children and enjoys watching them grow each day. She loves helping children discover the joy of learning as well as helping them develop a strong belief of their own ability. She believes children learn best through play, her goal is to provide a safe and happy environment with fun and exciting activities that help promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
